Yagazie Azuike is a 10 month old baby who has been diagnosed with a ventricular septal defect (VSD). It is a birth defect of the heart in which there is a hole in the wall (septum) that separates the two lower chambers (ventricles) of the heart.
Due to the size of the holes, a surgery has been recommended as the only way he can get to have a normal life.
The surgery is estimated to be around Nine Million Naira (~ $20,000). We are pleading to the public to help us raise this money so Yagazie can have an opportunity to a normal life.
